SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3rd St., Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, Allan D. Burton and RaeLyn Burton, husband <br />and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Lemuel A.
