<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GENE

<br />DONIPHAN, NE 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein dated AUGUST 20, 2018, and filed AUGUST 30, 2018, in the office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ENTERED AS INSTRUMENT
<br /># 201805685, of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
