<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by LEROY G.
<br />HARDER AND CAROLYN M. HARDER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to BANK OF DONIPHAN, P
<br />0 BOX 270, DONIPHAN, NE 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated JULY 2, 2005, and filed JULY 13, 2005, in the office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA, ENTERED AS
<br />INSTRUMENT#200506383, of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
