Peters, Managers, being first duly sworn upon <br />oath, depose and state that they know of their own personal knowledge: <br />RWBR Associates, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company is the owner of <br />record and present title holder in fee simple of the real estate legally described as: <br />Lot Nine (9), excepting the North Sixty (60) Feet and all of Lot Ten (10), Block Four (4), Dodd and <br />Marshall's Addition to the Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska <br />That they are in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and <br />the whole thereof, and that the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and <br />unbroken record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of <br />more than Twenty -Three (23) years last past, and that during that time title to said <br />premises has never been disputed. <br />That they made this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska <br />"Marketable Title Act", being Section 76-288 to Section 76-298 inclusive, of the revised <br />Statutes of Nebraska, for 1943, reissue of 1986. <br />Further affiant saith not. <br />State of <br />County of 6 <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me this OIS day of <br />2021 by Rodney M.
