202104648 <br />DEED OF TRUST <br />This Deed of Trust is made on this day of June , 2021. <br />The Trustors are <br />74y15)(1.LahAban <br />Jonathan Rodriguez Ramirez and Maria Gomez <br />and wife, a/k/a BORROWERS, at <br />, Grand Island, NE 68801. <br />The TRUSTEE is Chicago Title Insurance Company. <br />The Beneficiaries are Lonnie L. Logan and Cathy A. Logan, <br />husband and wife, a/k/a LENDERS. <br />BORROWERS irrevocably convey to TRUSTEE, in Trust, with power <br />of sale, the following: <br />Lot Three (3), Block Eight (8), Harrison's Subdivision in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon <br />and all the rents and profits therefrom and subject to easements <br />and restrictions of record. <br />BORROWERS owe LENDERS One Hundred Fifty -Six Thousand Dollars <br />($156,000.00), as evidenced by BORROWERS' note of even date, <br />payable according to the terms thereof. <br />This security instrument secures to the LENDERS the debt <br />evidenced by said note, the payment of all other sums, with <br />interest, advanced under the provisions hereafter to protect the <br />security and the performance of BORROWERS' covenants and <br />agreements. <br />BORROWERS covenant that BORROWERS are lawfully seised of such <br />real estate and have the legal power and lawful authority to convey <br />the same and warrant and will defend title to the real estate <br />against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />BORROWERS AND LENDERS AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />
