B1CFORD, hereinafter referred to as Affiant, being first duly sworn upon oath, under penalty <br />of perjury, and having personal knowledge of the following, affirm the following to be true: <br />1. Affiant is the daughter of Ronnie Lee Bickford, deceased, who was also known and identified as <br />Ronald Lee Bickford and Ronald L. Bickford during his lifetime. <br />2. By Survivorship Warranty Deed dated May 23, 1967, as filed of record on August 4, 1967 in Book <br />154 of Deeds at Page 320 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Dan W. Cronin and Eugenia <br />A. Cronin, Husband and Wife, conveyed to Ronald Lee Bickford and Dorla Jean Bickford, Husband and Wife, that <br />real property described as: <br />Lot Ten (10) in Sunset Fifth Subdivision, being a part of the North Half (N1/2) of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NEI /4) of Section Eleven (11) Township Eleven (11) North Range Ten (10) West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. By Warranty Deed dated July 27, 2007, as filed of record on September 12, 2007 as Instrument No. <br />200707891 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Affiant's brother, Curt Alan Bickford, <br />conveyed to Ronald L. Bickford, the real property described as: <br />Lot Three (3) in Block Five (5) in Gilbert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />4. Notwithstanding the discrepancy in names, Ronnie Lee Bickford, Ronald Lee Bickford, and Ronald <br />L.
