90- -107151 TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, part of the real estate described by the Deed of Trust executed by Donald E. Terry and Nadine R. Terry, husband and wife, to Arend R. Haack, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of Grand Island Investment Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated April 17, 1989 and recorded May 12, 1989 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Docu- ment No. 89- 102423 should have been excluded from the description, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered] NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such inadvertent error in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following - described premises, but only as to such premises: Lot One (1), Block One (1), Eighth Addition to Cairo, Sall County, Nebraska, together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurte- nances belonging to such premises, it being the intent that the real estate hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the real estate described remain as hereto- fore.
