Leonard, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated <br />June 26, 2002, executed by Russell G. Acton and Sherrill L. Acton, Husband and Wife; as Trustors, <br />in which James D. and Donna L. Leonard are named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as <br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded <br />as Instrument No. 0200212252, on November 7, 2002, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, James D. Leonard, as Trustee, has received from James D. <br />and Donna L.
