Box 325 <br />Scotia, NE 68875 <br />In consideration of payment of the indebtedness secured by the real estate Deed of Trust, dated July 10, <br />2019, and recorded on July 29, 2019, as Instrument Number 201904407 in the Real Estate Mortgage <br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, given by Wendy B. Maser and Charles R.
