202104121 <br />PROMISSORY NOTE <br />For value received Venture North, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, by Amanda <br />North, Shane North and Karen North, its members; borrower herein, does promise to pay to the order <br />of Karen North, an individual, the sum of $135,000.00 with interest on the unpaid balance at the <br />rate of 3.00 % per annum from April 30, 2021, using a daily interest rate based on a 365 -day year. <br />The accrued interest and principal shall be payable in a single balloon payment at the end of <br />eighteen (18) months, October 31, 2022. The borrower may pay all or a portion of the amount owed <br />prior to the due date without penalty. <br />Upon request of the Borrowers named herein, this Note may be extended and said extension <br />shall be written and acknowledged by all parties named herein and incorporated into this Promissory <br />Note and the corresponding Deed of Trust referenced herein. Any extension of this Promissory Note <br />shall be made with the same interest rate of 3.00% per annum from the date of said extension. <br />The holder of this Promissory Note and the Borrowers named herein, shall have the option <br />of modifying this Promissory Note. Those modifications shall be binding on all parties to the extent <br />that all parties agree to the modifications in a written agreement, signed and notarized by all parties. <br />Upon the failure to pay any installment promptly as herein agreed, this note shall, at the <br />option of the holder, become immediately due and payable.
