MARTINEZ, <br />a single person, as Trustor, to DUANE A. BURNS, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, for the benefit <br />of GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, as <br />Beneficiary, dated July 31, 2014 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, Instrument Number 201404781 and Instrument Number 201404782 have <br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and <br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />Lot One (1), Findley Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />DATED: May 43, 2021. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />Duane A.
