1 ,v IiSnY TD <br />1 <br />n <br />z <br />0 <br />CD <br />C.P <br />MUTUAL EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS <br />WHEREAS, It's All Relative, L.L.C., owns: <br />Lots One (1) and Three (3), in Farrall Second Subdivision, an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />AND WHEREAS, Tower's Investments, LLC, owns: <br />Lot Two (2) in Farrall Second Subdivision, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />AND WHEREAS, the two owners described above wish to grant to each other a <br />permanent easement for ingress and egress which applies to all three lots described above; <br />AND WHEREAS, the two owners wish to legally confirm the right of ingress and egress <br />between and applying to the three lots described above. <br />follows: <br />NOW THEREFORE, It's All Relative, L.L.C., and Tower's Investments, LLC, agree as <br />1. It's All Relative, L.L.C., and Tower's Investments, LLC, grant each other a <br />permanent easement for ingress and egress across and upon the property owned <br />by them described above. <br />This mutual and cross easement for ingress and egress shall inure to the benefit <br />of It's All Relative, L.L.C., and Tower's Investments, LLC, and their assigns and <br />transferees and all future owners. All future owners of the three lots described <br />above shall have the use of this permanent easement for ingress and egress. <br />2. This mutual and cross easement for ingress and egress shall run with the land <br />and be binding on all future owners of Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3) of <br />Farrall Second Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have hereunto set their hand and seal this J <br />day of April, 2021. <br />
