<br />THIS AMENDMENT is made this 3 day of Al , 2021, by
<br />RAYMOND J. O'CONNOR and JENNIFER S. O'CONNOR, husbang and wife, being the current
<br />owners of Unit Three (3), Mainstreet Station Business Condominiums ("Owner"), RAYMOND J.
<br />O'CONNOR and JENNIFER S. O'CONNOR, husband and wife, Declarant under the Declaration
<br />of Mainstreet Station Business Condominiums ("Declarant"), and MAINSTREET STATION
<br />BUSINESS CONDOMINIUMS UNIT OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Nebraska nonprofit
<br />corporation (the "Association"), for themselves and for their successors, grantees, and assigns.
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, a Declaration of Mainstreet Station Business Condominiums was filed of
<br />record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 12, 2020, as
<br />Instrument No. 202003005, and an Amendment to Declaration of Mainstreet Station Business
<br />Condominiums was filed of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on June 8, 2020, as Instrument No. 202003762 (collectively the "Declaration"), which Declaration
<br />was recorded against the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot 2 and ALL of Lots 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, Block
<br />9, Continental Gardens, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest
<br />corner of said Lot 2, also being the intersection of the North line of College Street
<br />with the East line of Webb Road; thence Northerly along the West line of said Lot
<br />2, on an assumed bearing of due North, a distance of 11.0 feet, to the ACTUAL
<br />PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence continuing Northerly along the West line of said
<br />Lots 2, 3, and 5 on an assumed bearing of due North, a distance of 720.0 feet to the

<br />of said Lot 4; thence S 89° 54' 11" W along the North line of said Lot 4, a distance
<br />of 129.31 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 4; thence N 00° 00' 02" W along
<br />the West line of said Lot 6, a distance of 220.65 feet to the Northwest corner of said
<br />Lot 6, this being a point of curvature; thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly
<br />line of said Lot 6, and on the arc of a curve whose radius is 565.0' (the long chord
<br />of which bears S 68° 10' 16" E), a long chord distance of 220.04 feet to the
<br />Northeasterly corner of said Lot 6; thence continuing Southeasterly along the
<br />Northeasterly line of said Lot 7, and on the arc of a curve whose radius is 565.0',
<br />(the long chord of which bears S 51° 26' 37" E), a long chord distance of 108.28
<br />feet; thence continuing Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7, and
<br />on the arc of a curve whose radius is 286.0 feet, (the long chord of which bears S
<br />42° 21' 50" E), a long chord distance of 35.73 feet to the Northeast corner of said
<br />Lot 7; thence continuing Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 8,
<br />and on the arc of a curve whose radius is 286.0', (the long chord of which bears S
