<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />MICHAEL S. JONES AND CHERYL ANN JONES, HUSBAND AND WIFE AND JERED S.
<br />JONES AND TAUSHA K. JONES, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to BANK OF DONIPHAN, PO
<br />BOX 270, DONIPHAN, NEBRASKA, 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated June 1, 2018 and filed June 5, 2018 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA, recorded as Instrument #201803567 of the Trust Deed
<br />Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />A tract of land being the East 700.0 feet of Government Lot Two (2), Section Eight (8), Township Nine
<br />(9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />All accretions to real estate described on the attached Exhibit "A" which are shown and identified on
<br />the survey attached thereto, marked Exhibit "B" as Acer. to Pt. Gov't. Lot 3 1.24 Ac +/- and Acer. to
<br />Gov't. Lot 2 8.05 Ac +/- and real estate described on Exhibit "C" attached thereto,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
