Blackburn, of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State <br />Bar Association as Trustee, under the Dead of Trust dated March 15, <br />1990, executed by Gerald F. Van De Walla, a single parson, as <br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bunk of Grand Island, Nebraska, is <br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed <br />was recorded as Document No. 90- 101411, in the Register of Deeds <br />Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 15th day of March, 1990, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from Five Points Bank <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real <br />estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as followas <br />Lot Two (2), in Block One (1), Packer and Barr's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such <br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid= <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the <br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does <br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of <br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 7th day of December, <br />1990. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />)68. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before as <br />on December 7, 1990, by WILLIAM G.
