<br />That Marilyn K. Lechner, Anita S. Lechner, Tedd J. Lechner, Roger P. Lechner and Todd G. Lechner,
<br />all together an undivided one-half (1/2) interest; Janet Stander and Ray Stander, a/k/a Raymond L. Stander,
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, an undivided one-
<br />quarter (1/4) interest; Sharon Beyersdorf and Gerald Beyersdorf, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of
<br />survivorship and not as tenants in common, an undivided one-quarter (1/4) interest; all together the "Grantor", for and
<br />in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, remise, convey and relinquish unto Northwestern Corporation, a
<br />Delaware Corporation, d/b/a Northwestern Energy, the "Grantee", of Huron, South Dakota, its successors or
<br />assigns, a gas utility easement for the installation, maintenance and operation of an underground natural gas pipeline
<br />along with all appurtenances thereto over, under, upon and through the following described lands situated in the
<br />county of Hall, the state of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land consisting of part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1/4
<br />NW1/4) and South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (S112 NW114 NW1/4)
<br />of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eleven North (T11N), Range Ten West (R10W) of the 6"h
<br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the West Quarter (W114) corner of said Section 14; thence on an assumed
<br />bearing of South 89°58'19" East, along the South line of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), a
<br />distance of 50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 00°13'35" West, parallel to the
<br />West line of said NW114, a distance of 1,966.69 feet; thence South 89°42'49" East, a distance
<br />of 10.00 feet; thence South 00°13'35" East, parallel to said West line of the NW114, a distance
<br />of 1,134.93 feet; thence North 89°46'25" East, a distance of 5.00 feet; thence South 00°13'35"
<br />East, parallel to said West line of the NW1/4, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence South 89°46'25"
<br />West, a distance of 5.00 feet; thence South 00°13'35" East, parallel to said West line of the
<br />NW1/4, a distance of 731.72 feet to a point on said South line of the NW114; thence North
<br />89°58'19" West, along said South line, a distance of 10.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; as
<br />illustrated in attached Exhibit "A". Said tract of land containing 0.463 acres, more or less.

<br />along with all appurtenances thereto (the "Facilities").]
