<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />That Grantor, E & L Partnership, a Nebraska partnership, in consideration of the sum
<br />of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, conveys to BRS, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, and Robert Clark and
<br />Bonnie Clark, as tenants in common, Grantees, the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Nine (9), and Ten (10),
<br />in Block Sixteen (16), and Lot Five (5) in Block Fifteen (15), all in Baker's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantees that Grantor:
<br />I. Is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
<br />easements, covenants, and restrictions of record;
<br />2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />3. warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
