William B. <br />Flory, Personal Representative of the Estate of Joanne B. Flory, Deceased, Grantor, in consideration of <br />One Dollar received from Grantee, William B. Flory, conveys to Grantee the following -described real estate <br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-201): <br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter, except such parts of the same as are included in <br />the right-of-way and depot grounds of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad <br />Company and in Blocks numbered 9, 10 and 11, and the abutting Streets and alleys in the <br />Original Town of Abbott, according to the recorded plat thereof; also the West 160 feet <br />of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section 30, Township 12 North, Range 10 <br />West of the 61' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
