Hehnke and Julie Hehnke, husband and <br />wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Brock A. Peters and Ashley N.
