Title to the following described real estate was held by the Decedent and Laura V. <br />Emde, the Decedent's spouse, on the date of the Decedent's death, to -wit: <br />Fractional Lot 6 in Fractional Block 18, in H.G. Clark's Addition, and its <br />complement, to wit: Fractional Lot 6 in Fractional Block 12, in the Original <br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />5. As of the date of death, the real estate has a fair market value of $103,222.00. <br />6. The Decedent and Laura V. Emde were married as of the date of death of December <br />15, 2020.
