Peters, Trustee of the LaVonne R. Peters Revocable <br />Trust dated November 4, 1981, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and <br />other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys <br />to Skyler L. Wissing and Kylea B. Wissing, husband and wife, Grantees, as joint tenants <br />with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
