Sunneberg, <br />Husband and Wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Chad A. Essex and Melissa L \ <br />K.
