Hahn and Jennifer Hahn f/k/a <br />Jennifer DeLashmutt, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One <br />Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Spencer E.
