<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust Dated March 18, 2021 and executed by Bruce A Gregersen a single
<br />person, ("Trustor"), in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned
<br />as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument No. 202102269 on March 18, 2021 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), in Bartelt Subdivision of part of Lots Seven (7), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16),
<br />Seventeen (17), and Eighteen (18) of the County Subdivision of part of the South Half (S1/2)
<br />of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the
<br />Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 13th day of April 2021.
