<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 6, 2011, executed by DMBG
<br />INVESTMENTS, L.L.C., A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, as Trustor, in which Five
<br />Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which the Deed
<br />of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 0201104371 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on the 13h day of June, 2011.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the real estate
<br />described to -wit:
<br />PARCEL 4: LOT SIX (6), BLOCK TWNETY-NINE (29), PACKER AND BARR'S 2ND ADDITION
<br />TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 6, 2011, recorded
<br />as Instrument No. 021104371 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall
<br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 2nd day of April, 2021.
