<br />two hundredths (368.62) feet; thence southwesterly perpendicular to
<br />the easterly line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of forty two and forty
<br />two hundredths (42.42) feet; thence running in a northwesterly
<br />direction, a distance of three hundred seventy one and six hundredths
