<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by BARTON D
<br />URBAUER AND ARLADEANE M URBAUER, CO- TRUSTEES OF THE B & A URBAUER
<br />FAMILY TRUST to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated JUNE 4, 1999 and recorded JUNE 1 I, 1999 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 99- 105915 has been paid, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following describ ed premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT ELEVEN (11), COACH PLACE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
