<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed '
<br />by Verla Mae Wickizer, a single person, to Nicholas D. Valle, Trustee, for the benefit of �cJ
<br />P. J. Stec, d /b /a Hastings Pawn Shop, the beneficiary named therein, dated April 22,
<br />1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No 97- 102986, has been satisfied.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by
<br />these presents grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />The South 82.8 feet of Lot 8, Block 101, Railroad Addition, and complimentary
<br />Lot 8, Block 101, Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
