<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated February
<br />21, 1989, executed byy Nark D. Stalk and Wanda L. Stalk, Husband and
<br />Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which Deed was recorded as Document No. 89- 102125, in the Register
<br />of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 27th day of April,
<br />1989, and
<br />WH8REJ18, said undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from Five Points Bank
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real
<br />estate described in the Used of Trust above mentioned as Follows:
<br />Lot Six (6), and the North Sixteen and Fifty -Five
<br />Hundredths Feet (N16.551?) of Lot Eight (8), in Block
<br />Eighteen (18), University Place, an Addition to the City
<br />of •Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the Person or Persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 5th day of December,
<br />1990.
