Names. The name of the condominium is "CHELSEA SQUARE BUSINESS <br />CONDOMINIUMS", a condominium. The name of the association is "CHELSEA SQUARE <br />BUSINESS CONDOMINIUMS UNIT OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.", a nonprofit <br />corporation ("association"). <br />2. Description.
