Rasher and Erma Jene Rasher, husband and <br />wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration received from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Latino Auto <br />Sales LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, herein called the grantee whether one or more, the <br />following described real property in Hall County, NE <br />D All of Lot Two (2) and Lot One (1), in Block Thirty (30), of the Original Town, now City of Grand <br />cu Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof, excepting that part thereof <br />heretofore conveyed to Herbert E.
