Notice is hereby given that TRIHYDRO CORPORATION, the undersigned
<br />lien claimant, files this construction lien, pursuant to The Nebraska Construction Lien
<br />Act, R.R.S. Neb. § 52 -125 through § 52 -159, for a lien on real property, as follows:
<br />1. TRIHYDRO CORPORATION, is a Wyoming corporation, with its principal
<br />place of business at 920 Sheridan Street, Laramie, Albany County, Wyoming
<br />82070.
<br />2. TRIHYDRO CORPORATION, a licensed engineering firm, is entitled to a
<br />construction lien for work done under a real estate improvement contract
<br />pursuant to R.R.S. Neb. § 52- 130(l)(f).
<br />3. Safety -Kleen Corp., whose mailing address is 1301 Gervais Street, Suite 300,
<br />Columbia, SC 29201, is the owner of the real property and the improvements
<br />against whose interest TRIHYDRO CORPORATION claims a lien.
<br />4. The real property on which TRIHYDRO CORPORATION claims a lien is
<br />located at 2700 W. Second Avenue, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and is more particularly described as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising part of the East Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (E' /2NW' /4) of Section Twenty (20),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
<br />the intersection of the southerly right -of -way line of the
<br />Union Pacific railroad with the East line of said
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW' /4); thence northerly along the
<br />East line of said Northwest Quarter (NW' /4), a distance
<br />of Three Hundred Thirty -nine and Thirty -eight
<br />Hundredths (339.38) feet to the Northerly line of
<br />Second Street; thence Southwesterly along said
