<br />For Value Received, the undersigned holder of a Deed of Trust (herein "Assignor")
<br />whose address is: 41835 Highway 30, Cozad, NE 69130,does hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer
<br />and convey, unto Malcom Real Estate, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, (herein
<br />"Assignee") whose address is 41835 Highway 30, Cozad, NE 69130 all beneficial interest under
<br />a certain Deed of Trust, dated September 1, 2020 made and executed by Troy Wells and Kara
<br />Wells, husband and wife to Brennon D. Malcom, Trustee in favor of H & H Owl Auto Parts,
<br />LLC, Beneficiary, upon the following described property situated in Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Lots Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5) in Block Forty -Six (46), Original Town, now City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />such Deed of Trust having been given to secure payment of $185,000 which Deed of Trust is of
<br />record at Instrument 202006578 in the records of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />having been filed on the 3`d day of September, 2020 at 9:09 a.m., together with the note(s) and
<br />obligations therein described, the money due and to become due thereon with interest, and all
<br />rights accrued or to accrue under such Deed of Trust.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same unto Assignee, its successor and assigns, forever,
<br />subject only to the terms and conditions of the above-described Deed of Trust.
