Montague, Trustee of the Patricia <br />Louise Shaw Emery Trust, Sandra L. Montague, Trustee of the Sandra Shaw Montague Trust, <br />Sandra L. Montague, Trustee of the Susan Pamela Shaw Trust, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Raymond J.
