<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of land located in
<br />the Southwest Quarter (SW1/) of said Section 29 and a tract of land located in the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE%) and Northeast Quarter (NE1/) of said Section 29
<br />conveyed to County Hall, Nebraska by Quitclaim Deeds recorded March 26,
<br />2003, as Instrument No. 200303544, 200303545, 200303546 and 200303547 of
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska; and
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (NY2NW1/) of Section Thirty-two (32),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, EXCEPT the Grand Island and Wyoming Central Railroad right-of-
<br />way in Deed Book 4, Page 231 of the Hall County Register of Deeds Office,
<br />Nebraska, AND EXCEPT that portion conveyed to Hall County in Warranty
<br />Deeds recorded February 26, 1988, as Instrument No. 88-100944, 88-100945, 88-
<br />100946, 88-100947, 88-100948, 88-100949 and 88-100950 of the Hall County
