<br />DOUGLAS L. BRUNK and LESLEE L. BRUNK, husband and wife, herein called
<br />Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is

<br />northerly line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), a distance of nine
