<br />UTILITY EASEMENT
<br />DOUGLAS L. BRUNK and LESLEE L. BRUNK, husband and wife, herein called
<br />Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is

<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6' P.M.; thence easterly along the
<br />northerly line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4), a distance of nine
<br />hundred thirty four and nine tenths (934.9) feet; thence deflecting
<br />right 90 100'00" and running southerly, a distance of thirty three
