Ressler and Linda L. Goosic-Ressler, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and <br />not as tenants in common <br />("Grantee"), the real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) described as follows: <br />Fractional Lot Ten (10), in Fractional Block Ten (10), in Charles Wasmer's Addition and it's complement- to -wit; <br />Fractional Lot Ten (10), in Fractional Block Two (2); in Elm Place. both being Additions to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Being the same property acquired by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to the provisions <br />of the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1701 et.seq.) and the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development Act (42 U.S.C.3531 et.seq.). <br />The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (Seller) agrees to sell the property at the price and terms set <br />forth herein, and to prepare a deed containing a covenant which warrants against the acts of thc Seller and all <br />claiming by, through or under him. <br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantee that Grantor: <br />1. Grantor is lawfully seized of said Premises and It is free from encumbrances, subject to any reservations, <br />covenants and easements of record: <br />_.
