(Physical Address: 203 Island Drive, Doniphan NE) <br />The Owner of said property is James Castleberry and Theresa Castleberry. The lien is <br />claimed and established pursuant to the recorded Agreement for Amick Acres West Homeowners <br />Association, Inc. Restrictive Covenants, and Conditions in the Register of Deeds office of Hall <br />County, Nebraska on December 8, 1997 as Instrument #97-110353 governing said subdivision <br />and represents unpaid and delinquent assessments pursuant to those Covenants.
