WILLIAMS, Husband and Wife, <br />GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE <br />CONSIDERATION received from GRANTEE, DONIPHAN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />CORPORATION, conveys to Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />The Easterly Fifteen (15) Feet of Lot Eight (8) and all of Lots Nine (9), Ten <br />(10) and Eleven (11) excepting the North Ten (N10') Feet of Lot Eleven (11) <br />as shown in Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 167, Page 351, in Block <br />One (1) , Rief's Addition to Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska. Subject to <br />special restrictions, attached Exhibit "A ". <br />The property described herein was obtained or improved through Federal <br />Financial assistance. This property is subject to the provisions of Title VI <br />of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the <br />Regulations issued pursuant thereto for as long as the property continues <br />to be used for the same of similar purpose for which financial assistance <br />was extended or for as long as the purchaser owns it, whichever is longer. <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that <br />GRANTOR: <br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except <br />easements and restrictions of record; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />Executed this 1st day of November, 2000. <br />Clifford VV Williams' <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />Loretta A.
