Stat. 76 -201): The Easterly Fifteen (15) Feet of Lot Eight (8) and all of Lots Nine (9), Ten (10) and Eleven (11) excepting the North Ten (N10') Feet of Lot Eleven (11) as shown in Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 167, Page 351, in Block One (1) , Rief's Addition to Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska. Subject to special restrictions, attached Exhibit "A ". The property described herein was obtained or improved through Federal Financial assistance. This property is subject to the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Regulations issued pursuant thereto for as long as the property continues to be used for the same of similar purpose for which financial assistance was extended or for as long as the purchaser owns it, whichever is longer. GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that GRANTOR: (1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except easements and restrictions of record; (2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; (3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
