Petersen and Kelly L. Petersen. The lien is claimed and <br />established pursuant to the recorded Agreement for Amick Acres West Homeowners Association, <br />Inc. Restrictive Covenants, and Conditions governing said subdivision and represents unpaid and <br />delinquent assessments pursuant to those Covenants. The Lien claimed herein is in the amount of <br />$1,500 for the Flood Assessment for the year 2020, together with interest to date in the amount <br />of $91.01, additional interest as may accrue, attorney fees and filing fees.
