<br />Evelyn Diekman Starkey, formerly Evelyn Diakman, MORMRGEE, joined
<br />by her husband, Clifford Starkey, as owner and holder of the Purchase
<br />Money steal Estate Mortgage dated November 16, 1987, recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document
<br />87- 106670, executed by Donald E. "Gene" Graves and Barbara Graves,
<br />husband and wife, MORTGAGORS, in consideration of partial payment of
<br />the amount due on the indebtedness for which the Mortgage was given for
<br />security, releases that portion of the mortgaged real estate described
<br />as follows:
<br />A parcel of land in the SK 1/4 of Section 23s T11N, R9W of
<br />the 6th P.M., being also a portion of government Lot 1 of the
<br />Mainland described as follows=
<br />Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 231
<br />thence, northerly along the west line of said section 1312.0
<br />feet to the point of beginning. Said point being the
<br />northwest corner of a tract of lanai, as described on Exhibit
<br />"A" attached to and made a part of the Warranty Deed filed
<br />for record in the Office of the Register o'f Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on November 14, 1959, recorded in Book 129
<br />of Deeds at page 4471 thence, continuing north along the
<br />west line of said Section 22.9 feet; thence, at an angle of
<br />90o to the right, a distance of 68.5 feet; thence, at an
<br />angle of 90o to the left, a distance of 19.4 feet; theme;
<br />at an angle of 90o to the right, a distance of 140.5 feet;
<br />thence, at an angle of 90o to the lets, a distance of 262.2
<br />feet; thence, at an angle of 90o to the right, a distance of
<br />680 feet more or less to the centerline of the Wood River
<br />Channel; thence, upstream on the centerline of said channel
<br />to the north line of said tract of land described in Book 129
<br />of Deeds at page 4471 thence, westerly along said north line
<br />665.0 feet more or less to the point of beginning;
<br />containing 3.1 acres more or less of which 0.01 acres more or
<br />less being county road right -of -way.
