<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by LARRY A.
<br />EMDE AND ROXANN J. EMDE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to BANK OF DONIPHAN, P 0 BOX
<br />270, DONIPHAN, NE 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein dated NOVEMBER 28, 2012, and filed DECEMBER 11, 2012, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, recorded as INSTRUMENT #201210475, of the
<br />Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, In Consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trusts in the following described property:
