<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by LEO C.
<br />LISKE AND MAXINE M. LISKE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to BANK OF DONIPHAN, P 0 BOX
<br />270, DONIPHAN, NE 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein dated APRIL 1, 2008, and filed APRIL 3, 2008, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, recorded as INSTRUMENT #200802809, of the Trust Deed Records
<br />of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, In Consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trusts in the following described property:
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), of Schaaf's Subdivision, located on Part of Lot One (1) Mainland, and
<br />on Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4 SE1/4) of Section Twelve (12),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPTING that portion of said Lot Two (2) heretofore conveyed to Eugene C. Rosenkoetter and
<br />Evelyn Rosenkoetter, as recorded in the Register of Deeds Office in Warranty Deed Book 130, Page 289
<br />and also EXCEPTING a tract of land more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 121, Page
<br />169.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
