p <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3,d St., Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />r <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, Niedfelt Property Management, LLC, a <br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confine unto Chad M. Nabity and Katherine K.
