<br />SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST OR MORTGAGE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, under the 22nd day of August, 2018, Ted Chanthapatheth, a single person, ("Borrower(s)") executed a
<br />Deed of Trust or Mortgage to, First National Bank of Omaha ("Bank") on the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Five (5), Gilbert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Which said instrument mentioned above was in the original amount of $21,900.00 and was recorded on the 27th day
<br />of August, 2018 as Document Number 201805589 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, and,

<br />WHEREAS, borrower(s) will or has secured a loan up to $40,000.00 from Wells Fargo Bank N.A., and its
<br />successors and/or assigns, as their interests may appear ("Lender") which loan is secured by a Deed of Trust or
<br />Mortgage on the above described real estate, and
<br />III
<br />WHEREAS, Bank desires to subordinate its security position mentioned above to the Deed of Trust or Mortgage of
<br />Lender as aforesaid, and for other valuable consideration, the undersigned does hereby subordinate its security
<br />instrument, hereinabove referred o, the Deed of Trust or Mortgage in favor of Lender, on the above described real
<br />estate, date the day of , 2I and recorded the D26 day of,ruu'r , fat Instrument
<br />of mortgage records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The
<br />subordination of the Deed of Trust or Mortgage of Bank shall not apply or be effective as to any amounts, exclusive
<br />of interest, in excess of $40,000.00 secured by the Deed of Trust or Mortgage of Lender.
