AKA L & P INVESTMENT, L.L.C., A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, as Trustor, in which <br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded <br />in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, Recorded as 202005747 on the 7th day of <br />August, 2020. <br />and IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the FIVE POINTS <br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the Notice of <br />Commencement as Additional Security dated August 7, 2020 made to FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />Lender by L & P INVESTMENTS, L.L.C.
