Decedent, at the date of her death, was the possessor of a life estate in and to the following described real property: Lot Eight (8) in Block A, in Boehm's Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; The South 648' of the South Half of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (ShNhSEk) of Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, containing 39 acres more cx less; The North Half of the Southwest Quarter gNhSW4) of Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, containing 80 acres more or less. In addition to the above - described real property Decedent possessed a life estate in certain monies as established by Final Decree in the matter of the Estate of Howard W. Ullstrom, Deceased. Pursuant to Final Decree in the matter of the /Estate of Howard W. Ullstrom, Decedent's heirs, Audrey Scott, Jeannine Thompson and Joyce Porro, were the remaindennen of all the above - described real and personal property. During Decedent's lifetime Decedent sold her undivided one -half interest in and to all of the above - described real property to Audrey Scott.
