Rinke, being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and state that he knows of his <br />own personal knowledge: <br />Terry G. Rinke is the owner of record and present title holders in fee simple of the real <br />estate legally described as: <br />Lots Two (2), Four (4) and Six (6), Block Six (6), College Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That they are in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and <br />the whole thereof, and that the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and <br />unbroken record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of <br />more than Twenty -Three (23) years last past, and that during that time title to said <br />premises has never been disputed. <br />That they made this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska <br />"Marketable Title Act", being Section 76-288 to Section 76-298 inclusive, of the revised <br />Statutes of Nebraska, for 1943, reissue of 1986. <br />Further affiant saith not. <br />Terry G.
