Locust, Ste. 501 <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />WAIVER OF RIGHT TO RE -PURCHASE <br />2.02101445 <br />The undersigned Board of Directors of Richmond Association, Inc., a Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation, <br />the successor in interest to Arlington Investments, Inc., with respect to enforcement of all covenants <br />applicable to Richmond Third and Richmond Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska (the "Covenants"), hereby act as follows with respect to the property legally described <br />as Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Richmond Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska (the "Property"): <br />1. The right to re -purchase the Property within four (4) years from the date title to the <br />Property is transferred to a lot owner as reserved in paragraph 7(g) of the Restrictive <br />Covenants recorded as Instrument No. 200400238 is hereby waived. <br />2. The right to re -purchase the Property within four (4) years from the date title to the <br />Property is transferred to a lot owner as reserved in paragraph 7(g) of the Restrictive <br />Covenants recorded as Instrument No. 200406501 is hereby waived. <br />3.
