<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated March 6, 2014
<br />executed by Hayes, Hayes & Soto Investments, L.L.C; A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor(s) in
<br />which Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded
<br />April 1, 2014, in Instrument No. 201401818 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has received from the current Beneficiary, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that
<br />part of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the property described below have
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned, asTrustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of frust in the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />The East Thirty 'three Feet (E33') of Lot Eleven (1 1) and the West Seventeen Feet (W17') of Lot Twelve (12),
<br />Block Twenty One (21), MacColl and Leflang's Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall County Nebraska
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of Trust
<br />being partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Decd of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Daryl L Wilton, Executive Vice President of Cornerstone Bank and has caused
<br />its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 10th day of February, 2021.
